Refund policy
At NEXA CHOICE, We offer size exchange and broken product exchange policy only, no product/color exchange. Wherein if the item does not fit you right or the product is broken, you can raise a size exchange/broken product exchange request by emailing us at nexachoiceconnect@gmail.com within 48 hours of successful delivery.
Exchange can be availed only once per order, the parcel needs to be self-shipped by the customers within 24-48 hours of receiving the product in order to maintain our policy. The shipping cost needs to be borne by the customers only.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your parcel, it will undergo a quality check. All items must be unused, unaltered, unwashed, with tags and in our original packaging. If the items don’t meet the above criteria it will be refused for any kind of exchange and the same item will be returned to the customer at customer’s expense.
In case of unavailability of required size in the same product, only a credit voucher can be issued to the customer for any future purchase within 12 months of issuance with Nexa Choice.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. In case the customer has received a damaged/defective piece, pictures or videos while unboxing the parcel needs to be shared with our team within 24 hours of delivery. A fresh piece of the same product will be delivered to the customer
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Swimwear, bodysuits, lounge wear and lingerie are strictly not eligible for any size exchange/returns due to hygiene purpose. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Please note that the goods are your responsibility until they are returned to our warehouse, any returned item that is not received by nexachoice.in will be treated as not returned.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please Note: Nexa Choice reserves all the right "not to process" returns in the following situations:
1.Returns Exceeds the return time limit.
2.Returning Non-Nexa Choice Items.3.Returning without an application.
4.Self-inflicted damage to the product while trying on item (damage refers to make up stains, fake tan, perfume, deodorant, washing powder and odours on the garment).
5.Items sent in poor packaging won’t be accepted (such as any kind of taping directly over the returned item).
Please note the below reasons are not considered faulty:
1.Slight Color variation from product photos.
2.Slight design variation from product photos, e.g. print/lace patterns and arrangements.
3.Slight size variation of within ± 3cm on measurements.
4.Minor imperfections, e.g. loose threads, crease marks, and etc.
5.Self-inflicted damage to the product while trying on item.
6.Customer's subjective opinions on product quality and preference.
7.Do not like the product.
8.Unavailability of any size at the time you placed an order.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
